With over 20 years of experience in direct marketing and training, Thomas has worked with companies across IT, pharmaceuticals, logistics, telecommunications and consulting. A certified IBM Global Sales School trainer and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna, he believes that clear communication is the decisive factor in complex business environments — often more than ever.
Daniela Gardini, Reggio Emilia

Daniela’s career path is anything but conventional. She began as an interpreter, moved into sales and marketing leadership, and later became a trainer. As a certified IBM and Microsoft trainer and systemic coach, she works across industries – from food and beverage industry and IT to automotive. What drives her is a passion for guiding people on their learning journey and equipping them with what they truly need to succeed.

From snowboard instructor to sales trainer, Raimund’s path has been anything but linear. With experience as COO of an IT company, university lecturer and certified IBM trainer, he now works across industries in sales and presentation skills. From IT and pharmaceuticals to manufacturing, he focuses on what works in practice — not what only works on paper.
