As a certified snowboard instructor, Raimund was first introduced to training and coaching during his university years. In addition to his extensive experience as a trainer and facilitator, he also taught at universities and worked as COO of a mid-sized IT company dealing with biometric data.

As a trainer, he has gained experience in various industries, specializing in sales and presentation skills, including IT, biomedicine, pharma, and several manufacturing sectors. He has been a certified IBM Global Sales School trainer for many years.
